Authorship Criteria

Jurnal Plastik Rekonstruksi recognises authorship based on substantial scholarly contributions to the research and the preparation of the manuscript. Individuals listed as authors must have made genuine and identifiable contributions to the work. The journal does not accept ghost authorship, gift authorship, guest authorship, or honorary authorship. All listed authors must be able to account for their respective contributions and take responsibility for the integrity of their work.

To ensure transparency and accountability in authorship, Jurnal Plastik Rekonstruksi requires authors to disclose their individual contributions according to the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT), which comprises 14 contributor roles: Conceptualization, Data Curation, Formal Analysis, Funding Acquisition, Investigation, Methodology, Project Administration, Resources, Software, Supervision, Validation, Visualization, Writing: Original Draft, and Writing: Review & Editing.

Authors must identify the applicable CRediT roles for each contributor to accurately represent their involvement in the research and manuscript preparation. The contribution statement must be included in the article PDF, positioned after the Conclusion section and before the References section.

The journal emphasizes that authorship must reflect actual scholarly contributions rather than professional position, institutional affiliation, seniority, or other non-contributory considerations. All authors are expected to approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to be accountable for their respective contributions, as well as to cooperate in addressing questions concerning the accuracy or integrity of the work.
